There are many uses covered under our Unlimited Royalty Free License Agreement. The main things we are trying to protect ourselves from are:

1)Your rights do not transfer to anyone or any other company or organization. You are the end user of this product. If you want to transfer the rights to another entity, you or they will need to purchase another license in their name prior to transfer. --- Any transferable rights have to be granted by us.

2)You cannot buy the clip and then offer it, for free or for sale, as simply a video clip or part of a video clip library. Its use should be incidental to the final product and not the main or sole feature of the product you are selling. It should not be offered or implied to be a product that others can buy and cut or use for their own purpose as well. It should not be sold or marketed as or like a “Looping background video”, Relaxation video, moving wall art, screensavers, etc. We are also in this business (see www.hdpicturewindows.com ) and would see this as competing against us with our own product – and such use is strictly forbidden.

	Note: Even though clip lengths do vary - remember that many are “loopable”. So you can duplicate the clip and paste it to any length you require. Also, if you would like us to create a clip of a certain length or do other minor editing tasks -- JUST ASK! In most cases we are happy to accommodate anything you may need.

Once we receive payment for an item we will send you:

1) An email with a link that you can immediately download the clip from

2) an e-mail request for you to provide the END USER LICENSEE name and address. We fill this information into license agreement, we sign it, we send the 2 copies of the signed license and the video to you via airmail (worldwide receipt usually within 7 days), or we can arrange other services at your request. You need to sign both copies, you keep one and you send one back to us (regular mail - at your cost).

Until we receive the payment and both parties have signed license agreement you can only use the video for personal usage only and we reserve all of our rights to the video.

Make sure you register the product under the name of the end user
